from trying every other decade or so. This two-CD plus DVD live set (recorded in December 2003 at the Meadowlands and Madison Square Garden) shows their musical chemistry has transcended the years--and no small amount of acrimony. But while their '80s live reunion was marked by an aura of celebration, this one floats on an undercurrent of bittersweet resolve. There's no mistaking the elegiac tone of the title track, while stark readings of "Hazy Shade of Winter" and "Sounds of Silence" can't help but evoke the scars of 9/11. A musical circle is completed as the Everly Brothers step in for a joyous "Bye Bye Love," while elsewhere Simon's musical restlessness inspires a subtly jazzy reworking of "Slip Slidin' Away" and Garfunkel adds his stately grace to his partner's "American Tune." The album concludes with S&G's first new studio recording in 30 years, the plaintive, irony-studded plea, "Citizen of the Planet." --Jerry McCulley

Advantages: Excellent training video with lots of tough skills. Disadvantages: Not for Beginners and terrible football Kits
...I've got Simon's other DVD's and this one is in the same tradition. It is worth getting for the players tricks in the warm up and the dribbling at the end. Simon Clifford worked on the Michael Owen DVD, the Okocha DVD and play like a Brazilian. Apart from Simon's kit the DVD is excellent and no matter who you are you will learn a trick or two.
This DVD is definitely not for beginners it does not cover any of the basics but if you can already do turns like the cruyff and the Matthew's this is the perfect step up for a budding Ronaldinho.
Some of these Tricks are very tough and you will really need to practice them everyday which is why the Workout with Mr Woo is so good.
The Mr Woo work-out is excellent the things that man can do with a ball is amazing it is a variety of moves that you should practice for one minute every day.

Advantages: wonderful story, fine acting Disadvantages: keep your tissues handy
...If you want to watch a movie that will truly move you, sit down and watch Simon Birch. Be sure to have a box of tissues close at hand.
Simon Birch is an extraordinary boy who overcomes huge physical challenges in the quest to find his mission from God. Simon is a very intelligent boy who is trapped inside a body that is malformed with a heart that has only a very limited warranty. He goes through a day-to-day life as any typical boy would. He gets into trouble in Sunday school, he plays baseball, he swims with his best friend (Joe), and he likes girls. Simon is special, and he knows it. He believes that God has chosen him to do "something wonderful." Having grown up parents who could not be less loving, this is no mean feat.
There are times in this movie that you will want to stand up and defend little Simon to such people as his...
