Advantages: nothing really to say apart from it was all really good Disadvantages: not as good as 1st film
...In the last shrek fiona becomes an oger towards the end and returns as an oger along with shrek and donkey in shrek2.
In this film Shrek an dfiona return off thier hunimoon to find an invertation to the land of far far away to get the blessing of fionas perants but her parents dont know that fiona is an oger.
They take up the invertation and donkey and shrek find themselves on another adventure. the king of far far away (fionas dad) sets about killing shrek but shrek and donkey come across anther siister carater on thier travels Fionas fairy god mother who is set out to ruin thier relationship as Prince charming (fairy godmothers son) was ment to rescue fiona form the tower.
The fairy god mother convinces shrek that fiona will be happy with prince charming as she can be pretty as a princess shouyld be not as an oger. so shrek...

...At first I thought shrek was for younger kids, not older teenagers like myself but when I saw this boxset in HMV's sale for £15 I thought I'd better get it as so many people had told me how good shrek was so I thought why not give them both a bash. I decided I'd watch them both with my sister and we sat down to watch the first one. It's all about an Ogre, shrek (voiced by mike myers) who can't get enough of privacy and being on his own, he lives outside a town and every now and then the towns people try to drive him away but they are too scared to do much to him so he always stays. One day though loads of fairytale creatures get expelled from the kingdom where they live and go to live on shrek's land, he is not too pleased as everyone from the three little pigs to the gingerbread man is there. Lord fraquaat who expelled these creatures...

Advantages: Great storyline, more great characters... Disadvantages: None
...in laws mind. They begin to argue and have a very heated food fight, ending with fiona running out rather upset. Fionas father can't take anymore, he hires a hit man to kill shrek (played by antonio Bandreas), which fails as he gets a rather nasty hairball stuck in his throat, and he becomes a trusted friend to shrek.
They go to the fairy god mother (played by Jennifier Saunders) for help but she has other plans. She wants her son Prince Charming (played by Rupert Everett) to marry fiona, but shrek will do anything for the woman/oger he fell in love with.....
This film has extras aswell with far far away idol featuring simon cowell as one of the judges and many more options so its not just the film you can watch.
