Advantages: Two great films in one box set Disadvantages: Have to buy Die Hard 3 separately.
that Die Hard3 was done by a different Studio and in the UK there was a bit of a problem with the distribution rights, so Die Hard 3 was sold as an individual purchse and not with this boxset. Shame. Since then the films have been sold in a multi pack without the extras.
It is also funny to see Robert Patrick of Terminator 2 in this as well.
If you can get the boxedset of two films do so, the third is available as a specialedition with the same flavour of extras and a different ending. If you cant you'll have to buy them individually and that may work out a bit more, but will still be worth it. With Die Hard 4 currently in production interest in these DVD's will soon be raised again.
Oh by the way these are the unedited versions of the film, which became evident when watching the second film with the stabbing in the eye by Mac ...
Advantages: Amazing value for money, great DVD and impressive looking Transformers figures !!! Disadvantages: Hard to find at a reasonable price ... it's become a collectors item (which pushes up the price)
Transformers Animated: The Battle Begins DVDBoxedSet
AWESOME
The Transformers Animated: The Battle Begins DVDBoxedSet is brilliant ... not only does it contain the DVD 'The Battle Begins' but it also comes with two fantastic Transformers Animated Figures !!!
'The Battle Begins' is a DVD that introduces the new Transformers Animated series ... a sort of 'Pilot Episode' that sets the scene for the ultimate battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons and the quest for the elusive All Spark !!! It is a great DVD for Transformers fans of all ages and an ideal episode to introduce younger fans to the animated series.
However, it is the two Transormers Figures themselves that make this set extra special because they are, infact ,the two greatest Transformers of all time - Optimus Prime and Megatron !!!

Advantages: Excellent extra features Disadvantages: Nothing
of it, I never got bored and I was laughing approx. nearly every 5 minutes! be prepared for a family thriller, with humour, fun and sensitive sides.
Now to the DVD version extras...
1. FILMMAKERS COMMENTRY
A commentry by the film makers themselves, this is actually worth listening to, the movie plays in the backround and I thought this was quite an interesting extra feature. The making of each scene is talked about and the original idea's that were thought about. ~ Not recommended to the kids, they will get bored!!!
2. ANIMATION INTERVIEWS: MEET THE PRESS
Here are some rather funny interviews with the main cast. What they thought of their characters, of each other and the film itself, quite amusing!
3. THE TECH OF SHREK
The making of Shrek itself, this shows most moves on set and how computers were used as a key ...
Eddie Murphy, John Lithgow, Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz

DVD Description
Set in a strange, colourful land populated by fairy tale characters, SHREK is a hilarious comedy that will win over audiences of children and adults alike. Shrek (voiced by Mike Myers) is a fearsome green ogre living in isolation in his own cosy little swamp. He is not receptive to visitors, and fends off the occasional party of torch-wielding villagers with ease. But when the power-hungry Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow) turns Shrek's swamp into a relocation camp for dozens of banished fairy-tale characters (including some pesky dwarves, wolves, and fairies) Shrek's quiet, introverted life is ruined. Joined by the talkative Donkey (Eddie Murphy), Shrek makes his way to Farquaad's realm of Duloc, where the Lord promises to make Shrek an offer: He will rid Shrek's land of the unwanted visitors if Shrek will go on a simple quest to free Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz) from her remote, dragon-guarded castle and convince her to marry Farquaad. On their quest, Shrek and Donkey run into a number of bizarre situations, and Shrek finds himself realising that he isn't quite the fearsome monster he has always made himself out to be. Reinventing the traditional fairy tale adventure, SHREK features gorgeous computer animation, a unique sense of humour, and compelling characters--especially Murphy's lovable Donkey.
