...Jaws is a classic film and is probably one of the best known classics of our time. The story of the residents of Amity Island is a long one and provides room for many sequels pending this film... The film is about a terrifying killer shark that goes around terrorising the residents and eating them for breakfast. It starts off with kids being attacked in the ocean whilst playing, and the scenes of the shark attacks are very impressive. For children this film is too frightening, but of course for adults this is a must see film that I would definitely recommend to you.... Read review

...I was very intrigued by the Jaws films, so much so, that I wanted to know more about this Great White Shark. I borrowed books from the library and purchased a copy of a book called 'Shark Attack', that listed all logged attacks by sharks from all over the world. It logged the weather at the time of the attack, condition of the water, what the victim was doing, time of attack and much more. The more I read and learnt, the more I started to respect this gruesome Tyranasaurus of the deep, and now it's total existence is under threat. I watch with awe the great programmes we have dished up to us on The Discovery Channel about sharks. Even past victims like Rodney Fox have come to respect these sea scavengers.
