This magazine-style dvd features Rhodes growing up as a child to football star to wrestling superstar. Tremendous indroduction to dusty for modern fans and wonderful reminiscence for older viewers. See him tag with Dich Murdoch, plus his feuds with Billy Graham, Harley Race and his legendary battles with Ric Flair. Also the real story why he didn't speak to his son (Goldust) for five years. ...in charge Captain Rhodes starts to threaten the scientific team, he tells them that if they don't come up with some results, him and his men will abandon the base, and leave them as Zombie nosh. Whilst one of the scientist's Sarah, is desperately trying to find a way to send the Zombie's back to their graves forever. Dr Logan, referred to as Frankenstein by the others, believes he has found an alternative solution, by means of domestication. He proves his theory by training a Zombie specimen, who is nicknamed Bub. Bub responds to Frankenstein's commands, and doesn't try to eat him. Just as the situation seems to be looking good, Captain Rhodes discovers that Frankenstein has been feeding Bub and the other Zombies, body parts from his dead men. Rhodes prepares to carry out his previous threat, but before he has time to implement his plan... Read review

Advantages: Escapism, cheap, not to be taken too seriously.
Disadvantages: Slightly dated, not that believable.

...In this review, the plot will not be given away, you may read every word without fear of it being spoilt. (I may regret this) Escape to Athena, a very good war film, actually released on the 6th of June (D day) but in 1974. The cast consists of :- Anthony Valentine Claudia Cardinale David Niven Elliott Gould Roger Moore Stefanie Powers Telly Savalas There are of course many other actors in this film, plus the obligatory extras without whom productions like this would not be possible. The film carries a PG rating, which was probably right for the sevebties, but of course times move on, and I tend to think there is nothing in this movie, that would concern a parent. All the filming was carried out in Greece, (island of Rhodes actually) which is the actual location the film is supposed to be in, unlike the "spaghetti western" type... Read review
