Two features. 'War In The Pacific' outlines the Pacific Campaign, which culminated with the surrender of Japan. 'War In Europe' outlines the German advance up until the fall of... more...France, followed by the surrender of Berlin.
Advantages: flowing gameplay with a switch of character, good options in game modes Disadvantages: lacks in a real kick and challenge when on normal difficulty.
So it's a game. On WorldWar 2. Been done alot. So thats it right? Old story, old game? Well not quite. Firstly the historical accuracy is immense for all the history geeks out there and it's displayed and played out well and it keeps up to date with what Call of Duty does best; realistic story plots and average joe characters that you follow and play. There is a fantastic charm about being Private Nobody working along with the Sergants and Lt. thus being that the story fits together and makes sense.
Is it as good as Modern Warfare? In many ways yes it is, which I realise many would spit at the screen for. But Call of Duty series are set in the war and Modern Warfare was design as a refreshing change which promised new ideals to the collection and so to return to WWII after this fresh war game does require people to be open minded to ...
Advantages: Interesting to see colour footage Disadvantages: None, really
This DVD is part of the History Channel WorldWar II in Colour. It is the story (shown in colour) of how the people of the USA and Britain coped on the homefront, whilst the service personnel of both countries were away fighting against the Axis countries in what must have seemed like the four corners of the globe.

Suddenly, America new what it was like to face a relentless enemy who seemed implacable and incapable ...
Advantages: Genuine footage Disadvantages: How the Amercians won the war
Of all the branches of the armed services of probably pretty much any country the air force is probably seen as one of the most glamorous, or perhaps even the most glamorous.
WorldWar 2 In Colour, Air War, tells the true story (shown with actual live colour footage, filmed by combat cameramen) of the real story of the fighting aircraft of WorldWar 2 and of their brave and dedicated aircrew and equally brave and dedicated ground support staff who, at great risk to themselves, kept the aircraft serviceable and fighting against the enemy Axis forces.
The image of the airman, smartly dressed in his flying suit, and flying free above the earth was only a small part of it. A very small part of it. For being an air combatant during WorldWar 2 was often not much fun.
The programme shows how dangerous and how short the life of an air ...
