They Won't Let You Remember Advantages: Funny, memorable, doesn't get old Disadvantages: Don't think there are any... ...Rumour has it that the Men in Black do actually exist, but that in reality what they do is visit people who have reported sightings of UFOs and potential alien things, and "encourage" them to keep it to themselves. This could mean they are not such nice people, and may use threatening or even violent tactics to achieve their goals. Of course, whether or not this is true, I don't know. But this film has been inspired by those theories, to create something ... ..."Forget-me-nots" song, "Here come the Men in Black"? It certainly went down well at its time of release, even if it was not to be a long lasting song. The soundtrack is generally quite good and still sounds new, even after how many years? 12? I think this is meant to be a cool film, and one that people remember, and in that it has been a success. They're at it again! Advantages: great for whole family Disadvantages: predictable Overview ------------ Men in Black 2 is the sequel to Men in Black. I was ready to be disappointed by this film but amazingly i wasnt. It's just as good, if not better, than the 1st film. Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back to save the world from aliens... again! Characters -------------- Will Smith plays J an arrogant MIB officer who now has a new partner since K retired. Tommy Lee Jones plays K the experienced MIB member who has retired ... ...2 main characters but again the who cast is big budget. Even Michael Jackson makes an appearance! Plot ----- The world is once again in danger from aliens. J cannot save it on his own and his new partners are useless. Agent J has to track down agent K (his former partner) to help him. Will K return and save the day or does he like his new life too much? Overall ---------- This is, like its predecessor, a really funny, well made film. Protecting the earth from the scum of the universe Advantages: Lots of special features Disadvantages: Younger viewers might need a cushion handy to hide behind! ...something like this ... Men in Black 1: Streetwise, know-it-all (or so he thinks!) New York cop James Edwards (Will Smith) chases down a criminal, only to see him behave in a very peculiar way: turns out he's an alien!. Later, Edwards is contacted by the mysterious Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) who introduces him to the Men in Black: the secret government organistaion responsible for monitoring (and hiding) alien activity on earth. Men in Black (superbit) (widescreen) Advantages: humor the different styles of acting. Disadvantages: none This film is a good all round family movie that allows the parents and children can laugth out loud together. Will Smith's comedy style works well with Tommy Lee Jones' straight cut acting. without Tommy Lee's straight cut comments and dry humor this movie would not work, he is the star of MIB and although Will Smith steals the show with the funny lines, it would not work withou Jones. men in black 2 Advantages: excellent sci fi movie Disadvantages: not really suitable for young children Men in black 2 is an excellent movie with really good affects. the movie is starred by tommy lee jones and will smith acting as agent kay and agent jay.
