Review of Independence Day (DVD)

Darker and yet funnier than the previous films.

Advantages: Amazing special effects. Excellent acting.
Disadvantages: Unfaithful to the book in parts.

Review of Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince (DVD)

iRobot, a action packed film, with both humor and story to it.

Advantages: Good acting, good sound effects, and good other special effects, action packed.
Disadvantages: is a little long

I really did enjoy this film, so much so I watched it three times. As i first watched it at quite a young age i didn't fully understand the story. However on the second time of watching it I just understood and it the end all made sence and became clear. Save the Cheerleader; Save Me From Boredom

Advantages: Very entertaining, good plot and characters
Disadvantages: Don't buy this DVD - buy the whole series.

Review of Heroes - Series 1 Vol. 1 (DVD)

Touching romance and gruesome effects

Advantages: The relationship between Seth and Veronica, the gruesome effects.
Disadvantages: It does look aged now - you can't avoid that.

The Fly is a remake of a 50s B-movie which involves a teleportation experiment gone wrong. Somehow a fly gets trapped in the machine with the poor scientist, Seth (played by Goldblum). The after effects have him marvelling in some new-found powers but, far from Spiderman-like transformation, little does he know he's slowly and grotesquely turning into a monster rather than some superpowered hero.
