Advantages: good action film, special effects
Disadvantages: purists maybe upset

The Doctor can travel throughout the entire universe but he decides to return to London in the 21st century, to that horrible grotty council estate with those horrible boring characters. As an opening episode it was well written with an easy to follow story line for the return of the Doctor. The minimal use of special effects making the episode more believable, the opening explosion very dramatic indeed.
