Die Hard Picard 4.0
Review of Star Trek - Nemesis DVD by Frankingsteins

Advantages: Another couple of hours with Patrick Stewart and co.
Disadvantages: Wees on Gene Roddenberry's grave.

...its producers after the tenth Star Trek film failed to score at the box office, it was clear that 'Star Trek Nemesis' was never going to be the last in this mostly prestigious and highly profitable line, and now an eleventh movie (based on the original crew, but played by a different cast) is due to begin filming in November. Blame for the tenth film's weak box office performance, grossing significantly lower than any of its nine predecessors (even ...
...as 'an over-saturation' of the Star Trek franchise, having run endlessly and desperately for fifteen consecutive years since 'Star Trek: The Next Generation' first brought Gene Roddenberry's franchise back to the small screen, and mostly plummeting into repetitive and meaningless drivel as soon as its brightest spark 'Deep Space Nine' finished in 1999, leaving viewers with the unoriginal 'Voyager' and poorly conceived 'Enterprise' which ended in ... The last in the Star Trek movie series... so far
Review of Star Trek - Nemesis (Special Collector's Edition) by phurren2006

Advantages: The 'Next Generation' crew all return
Disadvantages: Poor storyline

The 10th film in the STAR TREK movie series, NEMESIS is also the final one to date, and is the 4th to feature the 'Next Generation' crew, led by Captain Picard, played by Patrick Stewart. The film sees a Romulan clone of Picard's, called Shinzon, seek revenge and threaten the destruction of the Federation with a powerful new weapon. Shinzon is played by Tom Hardy, most recently seen as Bill Sikes in BBC's new adaptation of OLIVER TWIST, broadcast ...
...Kirk's nemesis in the second Star Trek movie, but unfortunately the character comes across simply as virtually a pantomime villain. Patrick Stewart and the rest of the regular cast perform admirably in the face of a poor script, and the character progression that Data has gone through in the previous films is taken to its final conclusion in a scene which (although I won't spoil it here) had me shouting at the screen that the filmmakers would make ... Get your guns out for the girls!
Review of Wanted DVD by fuzzybear967

Advantages: Great special effects
Disadvantages: Predictable plot

This is a pretty cool action thriller that certainly does not stretch the grey matter but is an entertaining film to watch. James McAvoy is excellent in the lead role as Wesley Allan Gibson a young man whose life is pretty dull and boring until a mysterious woman confronts him. the woman known as Fox (Angelina Jolie) is tasked with training Wesley who has some secret abilities locked away in hos sub conscious and she needs to draw them out. Stray - Wolfs rain
Review of Wolf's Rain - Complete Collection Vol.1 (Box Set) by rob1001

Advantages: A great anime with amazing music
Disadvantages: Not a good intro into anime

Wolf's rain is a japanese animation (anime) that was first released in 2003. It is twenty-six episodes long but there are four Original video animations (OVA's) that came out sometime after the series ended. These OVA's were released to give viewers a more conclusive end to the series. Mutant Chronicles
Review of The Mutant Chronicles DVD by A-Scott-Wood

Advantages: Good Cast, Nice Effects
Disadvantages: The Editing affected the pace in places

I have to disagree with the first review. YES some of the concepts have been used before in Movies, BUT these concepts were used first in both Warzone (a Wargame set in the Mutant Chronicles Universe) and in the RPG Mutant Chronicles. No lighting problems for me, as I bought my copy (the Bootlegs drifting around on the net are very 'dark'). The film drops you straight in the action, then takes the pace down quite nicely to give you the main Story ...
...My only issue is with the editing, it does tend to slow things down in places. All the cast did really well, its very difficult to convey the complexities of such a complex Universe as that of the Mutant Chronicles, but the Writer and the Director did well - the cast they chose were just right IMHO. ...
