Advantages: More of the same exciting action, great characterization
Disadvantages: Some stories are boring.

Stargate S.G.1 based on the Stargate movie. This series is one of the best science fiction series ever. The series follows S.G. 1 on their missions to other planets through the Stargate. The S.G. 1 team are made up of Jack O'Neill (2 L's), Samantha Carter, Daniel Jackson and eventually Teal'c. Colonel Jack O'Neill is very anti establishment and has a lot of funny one liners and always seems to be the one getting shot, blown up, zapped, transported ...
...Carter is the science geek, if it is broke or needs fixing she can fix it. She uses words like exponentially a lot. Amanda Tapping plays her. Daniel Jackson is an archaeologist who originally told the world that the pyramids were landing pads for alien ships. Micheal Shanks plays him. Teal'c is a Jaffa and he starts off as a "baddy" but he really does not beleive in the false "gods" the Goa'uld. He helps S.G. 1 to escape and becomes part of the team. ... Read review

Stargate is without a shaow of a dout one of the best Sci-fi series ever created. Unlike the first season where the series was trying to create a credible storyline from the film, season two moves away from that and really show the viewer what stargate is really about. This is a pretty cool action thriller that certainly does not stretch the grey matter but is an entertaining film to watch. James McAvoy is excellent in the lead role as Wesley Allan Gibson a young man whose life is pretty dull and boring until a mysterious woman confronts him. the woman known as Fox (Angelina Jolie) is tasked with training Wesley who has some secret abilities locked away in hos sub conscious and she needs to draw them out. Advantages: A great anime with amazing music

Wolf's rain is a japanese animation (anime) that was first released in 2003. It is twenty-six episodes long but there are four Original video animations (OVA's) that came out sometime after the series ended.These OVA's were released to give viewers a more conclusive end to the series. It is directed by Tensai Okamaru who has worked on popular animes such as "Neon genesis evangellion" and "Cowboy Bebop". The anime studio BONES produced the series. ...
