Disadvantages: sex, nudity and pointless violence, quite boring

...the pointless violence and sex, Urotsukidoji 3 does a fine job of expanding the series' epic mythology while managing to keep focused on the individual characters, though it continues the trend of undermining and contradicting events from the earlier chapters by adding very weird scenes. The story starts in the wake of the devastation brought to the Earth by the demon Nagumo, Amanojaku witnesses the birth of the Chojin, the being who will recreate ...
...to stop him. The whole Urotsukidoji (1-3) series has loads of extreme sex and violence, but this film contains a slightly more genuine feel of emotion than any other part in the series. The story begins, after 25 years, when the world was annihilated. The Overfiend, God of everthything and God of Mankind, the demon, and beast realms which are joint together in unfair chaos. Advantages: Good plot and dialogue. Filmed in 16:9 Sets the series up
Disadvantages: Special effects are passible for the pilot.

You Look Like a Radioactive Tampon

Advantages: Great Direction and Acting
Disadvantages: Too Slow for some

Moon reminds me a lot of those big weighty Sci-fi films of the seventies where it was all about atmosphere, storyline and your imagination rather than riotous special effects and wise cracking aliens. Sometimes, Ignorance is bliss

Advantages: clever thriller, good story, well acted
Disadvantages: bit depressing?

Dont misunderstand my review title, this is a cracking film. You can nearly always say that about Nicolas Cage films, but this one really is! The premise is simple. There are many disasters happening on earth, for some reason, aliens decide to warn mankind about the upcoming disasters by "whispering" them to a little girl in the 1950's. ...capsule. The capsule is dug up in the current day and discovered by Nicolas Cage's character. He soon discovers the code in the series of numbers written on the page and works out that the code tells of impending disasters, when they will happen, how many will die and the location. Advantages: Classy return to form, set in the future! very well done!
Disadvantages: should have been an 18 to be its best!
