My favourite movie
Advantages: - Disadvantages: -
...I'm a fan of Star Wars since I've watched this movie when I was about 4 years old (I'm 28). I remembered when I was to the cinema with my mum.
In fact I only remembered some scenes, but there is something very impact, a strange breath, a powerfol voice that I've remembered for all my life...Darth vader, the dark lord of the Sith.
A new Hope, was the fist movie of 3 that The director ann produccer George Lucas started to make since 1979. It was ... ...to notice, that in Spain, Star was is more popular like in the rest of the world.

The Robots Of Death
Advantages: Tom Baker as The Doctor Disadvantages: None
...The plot has The Doctor and Leela treated as suspects when they arrive on a craft called Storm Mine 4, which is crossing a desert planet. The crew of the planet do not do the day-to-day running of the craft, leaving this instead to a group of robots, who are programmed to not be able to harm humans. When a crew member is killed, suspicion is placed on the newcomers.
One of my favourite aspects of this story is the design of the robots. They have ... ...Baker's Doctor faced in his first story, 'Robot', in 1974/75. I also am a great fan of Leela as I find her an interesting companion, with her savage tendencies being unlike those of many other companions. It is also worth noting that the wooden control room in the TARDIS, which I mentioned in a previous review I really liked, makes its final appearance in this story, which is a shame.
The DVD features a commentary by Chris Boucher (the writer of ...

This is one of the most famous sci fi films of all time,it tells the story about a group of people who all begin to act strangley,no members of there familys are effected only them, they start to express themselves in different ways but all feel the need to draw or model a mountain which becomes a compelling obsession driving there families mad, through a series of events a couple of the people meet up and try to find the mountin they keep seeing, when ... ...there ,a huge military base has been built and there expecting some visitors.

You Look Like a Radioactive Tampon
Advantages: Great Direction and Acting Disadvantages: Too Slow for some
Moon reminds me a lot of those big weighty Sci-fi films of the seventies where it was all about atmosphere, storyline and your imagination rather than riotous special effects and wise cracking aliens. This film is utterly beguiling, its tense but strangely relaxing, all of these is down to two men, the director Duncan Jones and the star Sam Rockwell. This is Jones' first feature film and its an incredibly impressive debut, he eschewed using his father ... ...it is a really fantastic film which is a credit to him. Starring Sam Rockwell as Sam, the only worker on an automated lunar mining complex. He has been working on his own for nearly three years and nearing the end of his term in space he feels lonely, isolated and confused....as anyone would, I imagine. With only a droid, Gerty (Voiced by Kevin Spacey) for company, Sam is alone and starts to feel a world apart from Earth, he feels he is alone but ...

Sometimes, Ignorance is bliss
Advantages: clever thriller, good story, well acted Disadvantages: bit depressing?
Dont misunderstand my review title, this is a cracking film. You can nearly always say that about Nicolas Cage films, but this one really is! The premise is simple. There are many disasters happening on earth, for some reason, aliens decide to warn mankind about the upcoming disasters by "whispering" them to a little girl in the 1950's. Unfortuneately, that girl does nothing with the information other than write it down on a bit of paper and allow ... ...capsule. The capsule is dug up in the current day and discovered by Nicolas Cage's character. He soon discovers the code in the series of numbers written on the page and works out that the code tells of impending disasters, when they will happen, how many will die and the location. The story continues on along this path, with a worrying fortelling of the end of days. We don't know what will happen right until the end. I wont ruin it for you either, ...
