...Scarface, Carlito's Way & Casino are 3 of the greatest movies of all time! When you get a combination of actors such as Al Pacino, Sean Penn and Robert De Niro - then you know that you are in store for a movie that you will remember for the rest of your life. I am going to review each movie separately as a potential buyer would like to know about each movie to know if there is only one decent movie out of the three, but I can assure any buyer that every single DVD in this package is worth its price and is a must have in every household!

DVD Description
Includes the acclaimed organised crime films SCARFACE and CASINO. SCARFACE--Brian De Palma's blood-and-sun-drenched saga of a Cuban deportee's rise to the top of Miami's cocaine business--has become something of a popular classic since its release. A tense and violent update of the 1932 Howard Hughes gangster classic with the setting changed from Chicago to Miami, Al Pacino stars as Tony Montana, whose intelligence, guts, and ambition help him skyrocket from dishwasher to the top of a criminal empire but whose eventual greed paranoia leads to his downfall. In Casino, Martin Scorsese--one of America's most influential filmmakers--returns to the world of mobsters, greed, and excess that he explored so compellingly in 1990's GOODFELLAS. The film is the story of a Jewish front man for the Las Vegas Mob and his wife who jinxes the operation. Based on the real-life story of Frank 'Lefty' Rosenthal and Tony 'The Ant' Spilotro.
Advantages: Flawless Cast, Epic Soundtrack, Fantasic Acting Disadvantages: Maybe Seeing DeNiro die takes out abit of the suspence
...Some people tend to forget about Casino when it comes to gangster movies. Its frequetly gets over looked by Scarface and The Godfather. I think its up there with the best of these movies. A flawless cast of DeNiro and Pesci make this a must see movie.
The story line is excellent with the voice over narrative bringing some freshness to the story itself. Scorsese has managed to create another memorable movie after giving us Goodfellas earlier.
It gives us an insight into the underworld surrounding Casinos in Las Vegas. We witness the rise and fall of an empire. Even knowing what happens to DeNiro (blown up at start) does not make us any less excited to find out how and why he was blown up.
Anyone interested in gangster movies or indeed seamless production of a classic, must own this movie!!...

Advantages: great storys and loads of action Disadvantages: not many extras and menu is abit dull
...This is one of the best tv shows ive watched and when it came out on DVD i just couldnt resist. If you enjoyed this on the tele and want to watch again or keep em for a rainy day its worth a buy.Dont expect much on the extras side cause there aint much. But i garranty once you watch the first episode you will not be able to turn them off.
If you like films like casino.Scarface.Goodfellas or any other gansta movie this is a must for you. There are a few actors that are in the sopranos were in goodfellas and casino. So the episodes last for around 1 hour each and theres 13 episodes all together on the 4 dvds. You can buy these as two parts or you can but the Large box with them all in.
My advice for buying these is on a few sites on the internet have special deals on there sopranos box sets.ive seen them for about 29.99 instead of 59.99 so...
