...What's the movie about?
Bravo Two Zero was produced by the BBC and shown on British TV in 1998. It is a true story set in the early days of the Gulf War (Iraq 1991) and retells the story of an 8 man SAS squad behind enemy lines; their mission was to destroy Iraqi scud missiles launchers and also to cut communication lines. Very quickly their position becomes compromised and they are set back further by equipment failure and bad weather. Deciding to abort their mission they have to fight numerous running battles with a much larger Iraqi army before they can reach the border to safety. Eventually some of the squad are captured and have to endure interrogation and torture from Iraq's secret police. ...I really like this DVD, bought mine last year. Basically, I am a fan of any special forces that exist in the world and my favorite would be the SAS (Special Air Service). Inside the DVD, they will reveal all the tricks of the trade including the five S's of camouflage: shape, shine, shadow, silhouette and spacing. From surviving hostage situations to coping with brutal interrogations and torture the team show off their skills. Find out how to set up a covert observation post, learn the secrets of firepower tactics or just pick up some tips on how to escape and how to evade the enemy.I also like the style they make this story, using a series of mini-dramas and reconstructions on the ins and outs of survival techniques taught to the elite group, which to me, seems really realistic.
For those who bought this DVD, I would also recommend...

Advantages: Lively, Fast, and Very Action-Filled Disadvantages: Sound
...Andy McNab was placed in charge of the SAS squad that's job was to go behind enemy lines and destroy mobile SCUD rocket launchers in Iraq. It's callsign was "Bravo Two Zero".
The DVD, based on McNab's book, "Bravo Two Zero", stars British actor Sean Bean and McNab himself. The names used in the book are mentioned throughout the film, and the actors reinacted the book to the word, exceptionally well. Bean himself was suberb for this role, being an Englishman himself, was able to fit really well into the role of McNab.
Many places are mentioned in the film, such as the British SAS headquarters at Hereford, and places in Iraq that many veterans of the war in Iraq may recognise.
Throughout the film, it is narrated with text from the book itself, offering a sense of understanding more about the event with Bravo Two Zero. The DVD portrays...
