Rune Soldier - Vol. 2 (Animated) (Subtitled and Dubbed)

Advantages: great animation and entertaining comedy
Disadvantages: I can't see any

...(which are met with agonising injury). It's hard to take this seriously but is great to watch for it's lighthearted comedic qualities. However be warned the plot does not remain eternally shallow and lighthearted and does gradually become more serious, with much exploration of each character and their personality. The DVD comes adorned with attractive and colourful artwork, much like how it is in the actual animation. Scene and audio selections are available as well as episode selection. Included also is a preview of other great anime works with one of them sure to ctach your eye. It certainly did when I watched it and since them I've already seen Fullmetal Alchemist among others. A great watch with an ending which I'll not spoil, but suffice to say it leaves plenty of opportunity for a sequel of equally brililliant animation and comedy. Great... Read review

...I think this product describition is wrong since the cover is different from my vol 5, this should be the cover for vol 2. which is about Kira and Asuran who are childhood friends, asuran try his best to convince Kira to join the new human cause reminding him of what unforgiveable things the new humans did when they launched nuclear weapons sealed in the moon at their colonies. which lead to the start of the war, asuran whose father is the leader of the new humans has sent him to war as a special operative to steal the newest MS machines, chasing after the escaped archangel from the colony through space and battling his Friend Kira.. My personal experience from watching this dvd, Well it lead me to laugh abit, some of the scenes were funny, though this anime is quite serious in an aspect, it was enjoyable to watch, as it didn't focus... Advantages: Great artwork, Great fight scenes, nice colour and dubbing.
Disadvantages: Maybe not enough action, and I guess it was kinda weird
