I have a lot of exercise videos and DVDs and this is my favourite aerobic DVD (I've follow it 3 times a week for several years - with occasional breaks to try other DVDs).
Rosemary Conley is one of the best fitness instructors as she almost always explains the exercises in a way that makes them easy to follow. There are several different exercise levels demonstrated on the DVD and you can easily switch between them part way through the routine.
This DVD has a half hour aerobic routine and a half hour toning routine (there's also a chair workout for people with mobility difficulties, but I haven't tried this).
The aerobic routine is sufficiently gentle that it can be used by beginners - and, if you follow the advanced exercises, it's sufficiently strenuous that it'll maintain fitness levels for fitter people.
Hand held weights can be used for the toning workout and I find that this workout is a really good cool down after the aerobics.
I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to lose weight or just improve their fitness level.
