Shape up 'n Salsacise - Level 1 is a medium level exercise programme which lasts around 20 mins. You perform routines with all the moves you are going to use in the DVD but a simpler version. - Level 2 is the Salsacise 30 min workout with fast moving steps and lots of jumping! - Toning 1 is for abs and upper body this 10-15 min workout is with a band or water bottles and a gentle but effective tone up which can be done before you go to bed...anytime when you have a spare 10 mins!-Toning 2 hips, legs and bums! This is 10-15 mins and works mainly on your legs but the same as above applies. - GI information in this section Rosemary is talking about her book about GI foods and is very informative. As individuals these DVDs are brilliant for exercising and having fun, so much better than the gym! As a pack they are fantastic as you can alternate between the 2, getting familiar with them and adapting the routines to suit you. You can alternate so you are not always doing the same one but you are getting the same benefits!
