Advantages: Enjoyable, Easy to learn, Play on multiple levels, hours of play time. Disadvantages: That you must complete a certain level to acess some songs.
Years ago my friend, Henri, introduced me to Guitar Hero and I was hooked. Unfortunatally I only had a PC so I had just admire Guitar Hero from afar. Then when my house bought a Wii I just new that I had to get Guitar Hero and I was even luckier because HMV was selling it for £35 compared to the original and expensive £70. I have also seen it in CEX (The second hand electronic store), but it was expensive there as well at £60.
For my £35 pounds I got: 1x Wireless Guitar, 1X Wii Game Disc (Legends of rock), 1X sheet of stickers to personalise the guitar.

, either using a secondguitar or a controller, will go through the same level system as on the solo career. This can be quite boring and repetitive as you don't have guitar battles; instead they use a different song to the encore after the battles on the solo mode.
The videos have also changed and have a more co-op theme to it and the two of you are always seen as predetermined characters, the stories are slightly different, but again as with the solo career, the videos only quickly show how you got from one venue to another but you end up in the same predicaments in the end as in the solo career, you play in hell for Satan.
There is a lot more enjoyment playing this with a friend than alone as you have much more fun rocking out together, but one of you has to place bass and no one wants to play bass.

up and down. These two features are used together whilst playing I will explain more in a second
There are a few ways of playing the game. These are available on the main menu. You can quickly play a song. This lets you go straight to the song select menu and you just start playing. There is also a career mode where you choose what your player looks like, which guitar to use on screen and what your band should be called. You work your way through the songs at different levels. You must complete the first four songs to advance to the next four. Each set of four songs takes place at a different venue. As your band gets better and you complete more songs you get bigger venues. Also at the end of each set of songs you will either do an encore song or you will battle a boss.
Now back to the game play. Think of it like those dance mats ...
