Robot Wars - Sir Killalot And The House Robots DVD

...This is a fantastic compilation of Robot Wars DVDs covering both competitor machines and the huge beasts that are the house robots. All the four DVDs in the boxset feature insights into the world of Robot Wars and how the competing robots are put together. The three competitor teams featured (of Razer, Chaos II and Hypnodisc) are all fantastic guys, who I've been fortunate enough to meet personally. They show just how much fun you can have building fighting machines. Each DVD is also packed full of fights from the Robot Wars TV series showing each robot in action. The House Robots DVD in this boxset gives a behind the scenes view of the special effects department of the BBC (which sadly no longer exists so its great to have a look back into the past). Del Spooner is a all-go no-quit detective in the force. Apart from having a buff body, Del always trusts his gut and uses his instincts to guide him and they've never failed him yet. His deep distrust for the main focus of this film (robots), does not appear without good reason. Del will not rely on robots for anything... Read review

...I, Robot was a good movie. Will Smith(Del Spooner) did a great job in it. He played a homicide detective that was in an accident and lost his arm and got a robot arm. It's a movie of the world where everything is done is by robots, every work which humans need to do ie. giving out newspapers, washing etc even robots were purchased as a kind of house maid to do the cleaning stuff. Will Smith was a person who hated the robots. He always doubt on robots and was in search of reason of proving that robots are not useful and can be evil. The movie starts off with the first chasing scene where Will Smith follows a robot thinking that robot is a theif and is running away stealing somone's purse. At end Smith is proved to be wrong and it was not a theif. Meanwhile the robots company has introduced a new range of robots which will provide... Read review
