. Rory, if you're listening, you are not supposed to be able to play slide like that in standard tuning, so don't do it again, do you hear?
High spots? Where does one start? Garbage Man, one of Muddy's great songs, is full of drive and feeling apart from some unfortunate editing, and I Take What I Want (x2), Bought and Sold, Tatoo'ed Lady, Secret Agent and Souped up Ford are all absolutely edge of seat stuff. But it's all really good and, having seen Cream live at the Albert Hall in 2005, reminds me that all this nostalgia about the "old days" is not, perhaps, without foundation.
No point at comparing Rory to Eric or to Gary Moore or to anybody else. They all come at the blues from a different angle and they are all talented musicians. Rory was simply Rory, very very different from the others and we will never ever see anything like this ...

DVD Review
If you are into contemporary jazz or simply just want to hear something new and refreshing, this DVD will surely captivate your heart as it has captured mine. Michael Buble (I cannot find the special 'e' character to denote a specific pronunciation of his last name. But yeah, it is pronounced with two syllables) who has I believe brought back to life Jazz in its more refreshing tune was sensational in this concert of his in Wiltern Theater in L.A. sometime in 2005. He was just so charming singing some hits of the past breathtakingly effortless. This concert just made me love Michael Buble more.
I especially like Michael Buble's duet with Laura Pausini on "You'll Never Find Another Love Like Mine." It is romantic and swaying and it reminds me of Robbie William and Nicole Kidman's "Something Stupid". "Feeling Good" is also my ...
Advantages: Generally good concert, 'Old Medley' is great. Disadvantages: Bonus features could be better. Needs less pop and more prog!
manually select every question from a big list. There's also a 'Live Commentary Track' where you can hear the band's reactions on watching the DVD through - to be honest, it's pretty pointless - nothing particularly interesting is said, there's a lot of silence, occasional phones going off - you're betting off just watching the concert and enjoying the music!
Overall, like I say, this is a pretty good concert. Highlights for me include some interesting versions of the 'Musical Box' and 'The Lamb', and 'Firth Of Fifth' is always pretty awesome to see. The other songs are good, well played, but I'd possibly advise people to go for the latest 'When In Rome' DVD instead - it's got exactly the same member lineup, but with better quality visuals, and a set list which includes epics such as a 'In The Cage' and 'Cinema Show', as well as better bonus ...
