How many cheesy american teenage films do we need? There are endless over hyped and badly acted films which are only popular long enough to make money at the box office. And we buy them! Roadtrip, however takes it one step further with no laughs or plot as well as the painful acting in it - the carry on films were funnier! It would make a change if writers would create and original film instead of the old stuff churned out over and over again. I hated every minute of it and would never watch it again. The only good thing about it was the soundtrack. Do me a favour and do not buy or rent this film, ever! Please!

Too right! The film writers and/or producers had seen how successful American Pie was previously and took a running leap onto the band wagon. With the pop culture of today endlessly hyping everything it thinks could be remotely cool and nobody usually disagreeing with them we will probably have to deal with more dross like this in future.
