If you want to know how the product works, how the film made me feel, how the songs made me dance then I'm the man for you.

Okay, I thought to myself this. The first movie on its own costs pretty much the same as both movies put together so why not get 2 for the price of 1? Anyone would think the same.
Let me talk about the first film, after all, this is the reason why I purchased this delightful gem of a double pack.
Patrick Swayze, the best damn bouncer in the business. He goes to a small town in the country that is run by a wannabe mafia boss who terrorises the local mechanic, the car salesman, the farm owner and last but not least, the owner of the club that Swayze has been hired to clean up.
Let's clear one thing up straight away, this film is ridiculous. It's so ridiculous that it's good. To give you a taste of this, bouncers are treated like movie stars. Everyone knows who Swayze's character is as if he has appeared in the glossy celeb mags every other day. He also rips someones throat out with his bare hands.
Apart from all that, I still enjoy watching this movie. It's so over the top, I think it would have had that title if Sly Styallone hadn't already used it for the even more ridiculous arm wrestling film.
This is defo a lad's film, not one for the ladies.
Music wise, the film features the music of Jeff Healey and he also has a supporting role in the film. They are the resident band in the club Swayze is trying to clean up.
Now the sequel, it is only going to get a paragraph and I will tell you why. It isn't even fit into the it's so bad it's good category. No, this is just plain bad. Don't even waste time with it unless you want to complete the collection on own both movies. Or, you want to have a laugh with the boys.
Bad action, bad dialogue, bad acting and bad script equals plain bad.
This box set only gets 3 stars for the first film...the sequel gets no stars....not even one because it is so bad........

Hmmm, I'm a lady and I enjoyed this film (the first one)! I do find most movies containing OTT ultra macho-ness quite amusing. Loved Jeff Healey and his music, was so sad when he died recently.
