Kirby York, a colonel at an army outpost along the U.S. Mexico border where the Apache are always a problem. When his son, Jeff (Claude Jarman Jr.), whom he hasn't seen in more than a decade, arrives at the fort after flunking out of West Point, Yorke treats him coldly, warning the young man not to expect preferential treatment, which Jeff assures him he doesn't want. Yorke's ex-wife, Kathleen (Maureen O'Hara), appears, intending to persuade Jeff to leave the army. Yorke refuses to do the necessary paperwork to release his son, a decision seconded by Jeff, who has begun to adapt to army life--and before Kathleen can regroup for another attempt, the fort is attacked by the Apache. The making of RIO GRANDE was mandated by producer Herbert Yates, who would agree to finance the director's THE QUIET MAN only if Ford first made a Western, as insurance, with that film's proposed leading actors. Ford continues the series' realistic depiction of the rigors of life on a cavalry post in the late-19th-Century Southwest, and members of the director's stock company most notably Victor McLaglen, Harry Carey Jr., and Ben Johnson acquit themselves admirably.

When I travelled to Jamaica with work we stayed in a few hotels in different locations and the one we stayed in whilst in Ocho Rios was this one. I have to admit that although I was looking forward to it I was a little disappointed to be moving from the hotel we had stayed at in Negril as it was a luxury hotel. So I was hoping that this one would be nice in its own way!
The hotel:
The Sunset Jamaica Grande is a hotel in the 'Sunset' group of hotels. The hotel is the largest of the three in the group and is rated as a 4 star standard. The hotel is made up of one main building and two tower blocks which are very easy to spot from a distance due to their bright yellow colour!
Location:
The hotel sits on the edge of the bay and in a prime position directly on the beach which is also private to hotel guests. The hotel is ...
The rio scanning lazer does 20 hairs at a time and is perfect for home use .
I have been going to a clinic for 1 year having unwanted hair removed ,which was painfull not to mention the cost .
The rio is painless, also you have the advantage of zaping the unwanted hair as soon as it comes .
You must read the instructions as hair does grow in stages and you need to destroy the root. ,so there is no quick fix . i have been using the rio for upper lip and chin and it does work .
However i havent used it on large areas, but i would say it would take a long time .i have recouped the cost of this machine in just a short time . so i would recommend it to all . ...
