Advantages: Advanced positions, lovely scenery Disadvantages: A bit boring
...I bought this DVD because it was on a "bargain bin" offer from Amazon and to be honest, I can understand why. It is a highly advanced DVD and should not be attempted by anybody who cannot wrap their legs around their head. Being Ashtangayoga, the sequences are reasonably fast-paced, although not as fast as other DVDs I have used.
It's obvious that these two are incredible yoga masters, and they take it in turns to narrate the positions to a backdrop of an Ibizan beach and soothing music. The DVD is divided up into segments: warm-up and the Sun Salutations, standing poses, and sitting poses. After the Sun Salutations, I tend to give up, and I've been doing yoga for several years.
I doubt there are many people on this planet who can perform some of the eye-popping balancing acts as featured in the DVD, and those that can surely won't need...

Advantages: excellent for experienced yogis Disadvantages: avoid like the plague if you are a beginner!
...Ok, firstly I have been a member of a yoga club for 2 years, and I wanted to try a DVD for practicing at home. I tried a few other DVDs, including the Geri yoga DVDs (avoid them!) and I found this one to be the best. The style of yoga is Ashtanga so its quite fast paced and you will probably break a sweat.
The instructor, kate gives good instruction, she is not annoying at all but in my opinion, she should perhaps have spent a bit more time describing the poses more. The DVD is relaxing, it is shot in a big dance studio in Sydney. There are good breating exercises and the dvd comprises of sun salute and sitting and standing poses. There is a super abs section which you will really feel the next day! The extras are a bit useless, a behind the scenes section and a couple of interviews.
All in all, I found the perfect DVD for me...

...PERSONAL INTRODUCTION
As one of America's best black Holliwood actors this is a dvdcollection worth having. Whilst it doesn't, I have to admit match the exceptional quality of some of his other work such as Se7en and my favourite Shawshank Redemption, it can not be held against the acting more due to script writing and screen adaptation of novels.
