...ago when i saw this Yogalates DVD which looked like it could be a nice mix between pilates and yoga.
Inside is a guide to stretching which i found very useful as it explains lots of different stretches before you even load the DVD player. It's also useful if you like a stretch in the morning and you haven't got time to do a work out.
It's very easy to follow and the instructor explained each move without soundling like she was talking to a 4 year ...
