Yoga conditioning for weight loss, I got this dvd from ebay for under £5.00. I truly wish that I had not of bothered. I need to loose weight(about 4 stone-Yikes) but just cannot find the strength or energy, anyway I used to work with a woman who was into yoga and she was pencil thin. I have never wanted to be that skinny but slim would certainly be nice! So I thought if she can do it,I can do it.(how wrong was I) Apparently yoga has loads of benefits ... Read review
