Yoga - Conditioning For Weight Loss (DVD)

Yoga conditioning for weight loss, I got this dvd from ebay for under £5.00. I truly wish that I had not of bothered. I need to loose weight(about 4 stone-Yikes) but just cannot find the strength or energy, anyway I used to work with a woman who was into yoga and she was pencil thin. I have never wanted to be that skinny but slim would certainly be nice! So I thought if she can do it,I can do it.(how wrong was I) Apparently yoga has loads of benefits ...

Yoga conditioning for weight loss is set in Arizona(USA) and was designed by yoga instructor Suzanne Deason,it is supposed to be a programme that suits all levels of fitness from beginner to the extreme advanced.
