A great addition to the Hundred Acre Forest
Review of Winnie The Pooh - Pooh's Heffalump Movie (Animated) by ally2kc

Advantages: Gentle film with a good message
Disadvantages: It isn't the traditional Winnie the Pooh

...under the covers to watch Winnie the Pooh's Heffalump movie on the Disney channel. I am a big fan of the original Pooh bear stories and characters and not overly impressed with the updated, Americanised version however, I thought my boy would love it. After watching the film, I knew instantly I had to review it for ciao readers today. Here's why:- Director: Frank Nissen Screen Writers: Brian Hohfield and Evan Spiliotopoulos Genre: Children's ... THIS ISN'T A HEFFALUMP OF POOH!
Review of Winnie The Pooh - Pooh's Heffalump Movie (Animated) by munky1

Advantages: Good storyline, entertaining
Disadvantages: None

...a child. My friend loves Winnie the Pooh so I agreed to go and see it with her (she's in her 30s by the way!) So off we went, popcorn in hand to sit with a room full of under-eights with parents in tow. ******************** The film was nice and colourful, full of entertaining characters as well as Pooh, Tigger, Eore and Piglet. The storyline had a good moral stance to it as well as being humerous and interesting. Basically, the story is about ... Read review

Winnie the Pooh - Heffalump Movie
Review of Winnie The Pooh - Pooh's Heffalump Movie (Animated) by magicalglitter

Advantages: Great morals
Disadvantages: Somewhat predicatable (but this is of course not a worry for children)

...just like in all the Winnie the Pooh films, and they guarantee at least a smile if not a great laugh. The story line is not too obvious for children. It is nice to see Roo (and a little bit of Piglet) as a focus in this film as he isn't normaly much of starring role in the Pooh films; so it is good for those who have Piglet down as their favourite character :) Extras: A great little hide and seek game to play, backstage feature, recipe Subtitles: ... Roo braves Heffalump Hollow & Captures Heffalump
Review of Winnie The Pooh - Pooh's Heffalump Movie (Animated) by susancarter

Advantages: Entertains and teaches children that even those who seem different can be just like them
Disadvantages: Story line a little bit predictable

This should apeal to children up to about age 10 and also to adults. At about an hour long, it should be short enough for younger children. Special features of the DVD include a hide and seek game with Roo and a Heffalump and a recipe for some special Heffalump Biscuits. The story starts with some strange noises and the sound of some apparently large and scary creatures. The residents of the hundred acre wood meet up to decide what to do about ... Read review

i thought this was a pooh movie not a roo movie?
Review of Winnie The Pooh - Pooh's Heffalump Movie (Animated) by emu4rizz

Advantages: Great kids film
Disadvantages: short, not much pooh in it

my son is 2 and he loves this movie but its only about 40 minutes long and pooh is only in it for a very short time and hes not really a main character, Roo is. The voice of the heffalump is pretty cute though when hes singing his lumpy song lol. I really liked the storyline, Roos friends dont think hes old enough to catch a heffalump then he shows them they were wrong. The way the other characters speak to Roo at the start is like they arnt even ... Read review

Advantages: This is a really good movie for both Children and adults
Disadvantages: could have been longer

...i got it i love winnie the pooh so i knew i enjoy it straight away. this movie can teach children a lesson because of the way the other characters treated heffalump in the begin to the way the treated him in the end proves that everyone deserves a chance. So Overall a wicked movie for both children and adults which teaches valuble lessons. This is a must see movie for the whole family it is funny and also sad it made me cry. This has to be one ...
