Sadly, this film will be lost on anyone who doesn't appreciate or understand the eccentric side of being British, and was certainly lost on the American audiences. What a sweet, funny witty little film about two old irish men who scam 7 million pounds from the National Lottery. I watched this film on DVD and it;s a joy to watch, easy and funny with no violence or swearing just good humour. Set on the Isle of Man, pretending to be Ireland the film follows the lives of two friends who realise that there is a lottery winner in their community!
