...But you see, in the WWE this year, wrestling has really gone downhill in my opinion, so just because this happens to be the best WWE event of the year, doesn't mean that it is actually that impressive. ...the grandest event of the WWE year. This event however, falls flat in my opinion. The two championship matches are on average, mediocre. The money in the bank is an incredible specticle worthy of starring in any wrestling event. ...for the record, whatever the WWE might think Benoit is still a legend and still one of the best 10 NA wrestlers of all time, I'll never forget his classic matches or his career highs and lows and how he overcame adversity to make it to the top). Wow, little deep eh? :p Edge gets the win after taking a chair to Benoits arm and ascending the ladder and taking the briefcase. ...as possible. *1/2 WWE Championship Match - John Cena vs. JBL Over the years, there have been some classic WWF/E Title bouts (Austin/Rock at Mania 17, Angle/Lesnar at Mania 19, Flair/Savage from Mania 8 etc..) but this, especially in comparison to the ones listed above, was ABYSMAL. A shocking excuse for a Wrestlemania main event, it almost makes me feel sick to know that Angle/HBK could have had this spot (and consequently had a bigger payoff) ...
