...one. Strange seeing as Vicky is far more capable at the exercises than Jordan and has more enthusiasm. But there was just no chemistry between them and he didn't seem to be trying to make an effort and get the viewer interested in the exercise and pumped up with enthusiasm. The DVD is split into 4 sections - 10min Warm Up, 20min Fat Burner, 10min Body Toner and 10min Belly Shrinker. Where is the Cool Down you might ask? Well its hidden at the end ...
...to always do the abs bit or fast forward 5mins to the Cool Down. Weird! I only have 45mins max in the mornings to do any exercise so can't do a whole DVD in one go. So I chose to do the Fat Burner section, so did the warm up and fat burner and then went to do the cool down and couldn't find it. Came across is by accident in the Belly Shrinker.
