...Len Wiseman has pushed ahead and created one anyway. There's no onus on the viewer to have seen the original, as Wiseman helpfully provides a potted history and flashback montage. His mantra for this one appears to be bigger, faster, more! I suppose it's a side-effect of having a larger budget and (for much of the film) a smaller cast. So there are bigger, longer, more explicit fights, a higher gore quotient and smoother morphs from human to beast. ...

Another saturday night spent with a DVD and wine. There was nothing good left in the video shop, so after half an hours deliberating between this and the 'Dukes of Hazzard', I decide to impress the hubby with this one. As I left the shop I was already regretting the decision, Johnny Knoxville was much more appealing.........damn it! I hated the first 'Underworld' so why had I got this one? Dunno but with a heavy heart I resigned myself to an evening ...

When the first Underworld movie was released in 2003 it was widely slated but it gathered an almost cult like status. Based on the storyline of the first, it was no real surprise that a sequel would be made and this is it. It is an enjoyable watch and although it again was panned by many, it will probably be very popular now that it has been released on DVD. As far as sequels go its ok but if you haven't seen the first one you cant really catch up with what is happening. The story line is a good follow on to the first movie and the main characters are the same. Im not going to go into the plot too much as i dont want to ruin the movie for those who have not seen it. Directed by Len Wiseman. This is the second challange of Vampires and Lycans. This is an immidiate follow of the first part. The things are happening on the same night as in the first, and ends one night later. Featuring Kate Beckinsale, she is also the main actor, you all have to watch it and see how damn so sexy she is... With many actions, very good effects and sound, when you start to watch this movie you will not be able to stop :-) The movie ...

This was a good film and i did enjoy watching it, the effects were quite well done and the film quite well acted. The film of course again revolves around young Seline's efforts to do good in some way. When Marcus, The last of the living elders, is awaken early, he grows to become stronger than he ever was before and gets a glimpse of something that is of great interest to him. Marcus discovers that his Lycan brother whom he failed to keep safe ...
