I recently watched this movie. It was interesting trying to imagine how the war was fought under the sea. The storyline was excellent. It is really sad to see so many sailors die during the war. Worth watching this movie. War movies has always been fascinating to watch. It's really amazing, I actually wonder if in reality a badly damaged submarine could sink a battleship. that really made me curious. Otherwise, it was an excellent story. But movies ...

Advantages: Exciteing Disadvantages: not factually correct
I enjoyed this film and thought that if it had only been fictionally based instad of based on a 'true story' it would have been good, but throughout I couldn't help but think how unfair it were on the ENGLISH heros of the true story who must have felt awful when yet again hollywood has americanised and glorified their soldiers in this film. The funny thing is that the americans weren't even in the war when the enigma machine was discovered and captured ...

Advantages: everything, mind corrupting, history changing Disadvantages: everything
I admit i have not seen this film but i never will be going to watch it. the whole idea is a disgrace! this should have been banned from the UK. if u are asking why its because the americans are taking credit for something they did not do! it was british forces that stole the code machine (enigma?) from the u boat and now the americans have taken credit. if u have any pride in your nation u should not go see this film. think of your great/grandparents ...
