This show can now be considered a memorable comedy classic from the BBC in my humble opinion. With series seven as the latest to air and a rumoured series eight, it is questionable though if they are trying to carry it's success too far; however, not to say that series seven was not enjoyable as it definitely was, it just seemed appropriately like the end. a friend of mine lent me this box set.i think it is great value for money .located in runcorn (near liverpool).it has really funny story lines the good thing about this comady is that there are not to many special effects but is really quiet humarouis to watch and i always get a good laugh from it.gaz is my best caractor in the series a man always getting into trouble with his mouth and always wanting sex with his girl friend donna.Donna i find to be a down to earth girl that just want's a her boyfriend to be normal. i find that two pints of larger you can watch over and over again and still laught at the same bits. i would recomend this dvd to everyone that has a good sense of humor this dvd is one of the better one's in the modern comady series.

i would struggle to sit here and review each episode on each disc, and it would probably bore the hell out of you. so ill keep it brief, this show details the lives of 5 people, in ever degrading and immature situations. its a cross between friends and decaying toilet humour. if you like any of BBC2s late night humour then is for you, as they try and almost rstrict the viewing audience for their comedy nights. unless you can appreciate jokes ... i havn't been a fan for long and wasn't until my friend bought this boxset. she made me watch some of ti and i have to admit i loved every minute! Saw a few episodes on BBC3 and I just had to but the complete series 1-6. Fab show which is honest and funny! Love it! The stupidity of Jonny and Gaz, shrillness of Louise, dizzynes of Janet and dryness of Donna is a dynamite combination!

Series 1 is the Full on introduction to the world that is 2 pints of lager. its full of laughs and can kee you entertained for hours. I had this box set for sometime now and its a great watch and always fun to get out with the mates.
