On November 27, 2000, The Who ended a 6 month tour of the US and UK with a very special gig at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Special guests jammed with them on some of there most famous hits - including Bryan Adams, Noel Gallagher, Kelly Jones, Eddie Vedder and Paul Weller - in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust. I rewatched this DVD on Sat night, and it is still one of my favourite live DVD's. The energy of the band on stage is amazing and the ...
...on stage is very moving. The Teenage Cancer Trust focus on the needs of teens with cancer as it is very difficult when they are in wards with young children or much older people. They do work in the US and UK and help support families of patients and also help try to set upi specialist areas in wards more suitable for teens who need company of peers.
