...I found myself pulled into the movie head first. It was a novel idea and indeed a brave one. The only downside I have to say is the same one that seems to be cropping up in quite a few reviews, im glad to see I was not alone. Catherine Zeta Jones's part. Is it necessary? sorry about the naff title.... it sounded cool in my head ANYWAY The Terminal PLOT: A man flies to New York (or chicago? cant remember!) and at the same time his country goes into war or something like that and they wont let him into the US and at the same time he cant go home. ...while it is still in the cinema. Pick this over anything else! The only downside to the movie is that it can be the teeniest bit slow at times, but not so slow that you'll fall asleep! Dont let this put you off Catherine Zeta-Jones, i find her normally extremely annoying. ...and so when you leave the cinema you feel refreshed. Everthing about it was great the set was amazing, it was actually built in a hanger espeacially for the film. the physical comedy played by tom hanks was very funny. i do think though that if you were in an airport for that long you'd probably go crazy! the story line was good. ===Overall=== The film is incredibly unfulfilling. It starts off slowly and never really grabs your attention, all of the plot is very slowly introduced. It does have that brilliant Spielberg quality every now and then where there's some wonderful quirkiness, but all in all, how interesting can you possibly get, filming pretty much an entire movie in an airport? The storyline isn't complicated or difficult to follow and the comedy is a little weak ...

Decided to go to the cinema, had a look on the board didn't fancy any of them really. Saw terminal and as it had Tom Hanks in it we decided to see that... Well it about someone called Victor who comes from Krackosha and doesn't speak a word of English, he lands on usa soil and due to his country being overtaken by a coup cannot go back and cannot leave the airport. It continues to show Victor (tom hanks) living at the airport, sleeping and even ...
...for a quarter. The officals want him to leave so they can arrest him and deport him to somewhere else but he doesn't break any rules. Catherine Zita Jones is in it too as a sort of love interest for Victor. Time passes and eventually he can leave for a while to do the thing he wanted to do, I won't say as this is the catch at the end. Well worth going to watch or waiting for it on dvd. ...

Ive just watched the film for a second time today and again i thought it was fantastic! You may thing that a film about a man living in a terminal is going to bore you for a couple of hours but there is supprisingly a lot going on. I think that the story line is really cleaver, there is actually a proper backed up reason for him to stay in the terminal and not just some silly story line. The acting is great by Tom Hanks, brilliant accent. I don't ...
...Not really much action in the film at all but in my opinion, as well as my girlfriends opinion, it was a good, entertaining movie. The film is quite sad in some parts, makes you smile and maybe even cry if you are a lady :) But i won't give the ending away for you, but its very happy :) Overall i think it is a great film and i will most deffinatly watch it again.
