Advantages: Good story, heartwarming Disadvantages: A little run of the mill
...often these films can transport the inner child in us to a special, curtain drawn place for just a couple of hours. This is made even better when you catch a Christmas movie that engenders all that goodwill that comes with the seasonal territory. Here’s a movie that can capture a moment.
With Christmas comes pester power where seasonal movies pitched at the younger audience engender an annual round of "Please take me to see it mummy/daddy." On our ... ...we stumbled across the trailer for Santa Claus 2 whilst watching Harry Potter's latest incarnation. Skilfully crafted there were just enough images to get the kids to salivate and force a promise from their unsuspecting parents to take them, which, of course, I duly did (being the nice dad that I am).
This particular genre is unique with it almost having a category all too itself. You know all of the elements will be there whilst almost automatically ...

Advantages: Full Of Christmassy Fun For Kids Disadvantages: Not As Good As The First Film
I have seen this and the original Santa Claus Film many many times (my 4 yr old being a huge fan of both ) I admit to enjoying "The Santa Clause" and was secretly harbouring a touch of excitement for the release of "The Santa Clause 2"
Story
We pick up again 8 years later where Santa (Tim Allen) has been happily delivering toys and playing tinsel football with the elves, unknown to him, his life is about to become rather difficult as Judy ... ...Charlie has got himself on the naughty list, and Curtis & Bernard have found that a second claus on the Santa Claus card has been overlooked, which means Santa has only 28 days to find and marry a "Mrs Clause" It is also the annual meeting of the legendary figures (santa / easter bunny / sandman / tooth fairy / mother nature / father time). Unfortunately the de-santafication process has already begun and Santa is starting to revert into Scott Calvin.

Advantages: Actress Elizabeth Mitchell Is Entertaining To Watch Disadvantages: The Pacing Is Off A Bit
...we are...eight years later with the release of The Santa Clause 2. As we all know, sequels do well at the box office (usually) but they hardly ever are able to catch the spark that the original movie had. For All Of You Who Want To See The Movie With No Spoilers...
How does The Santa Clause 2 fare? It does just fine. Tim Allen is his usual witty self. Newcomer Elizabeth Mitchell is a nice addition to the movie. Eric Lloyd, who plays Charlie, is ... ...a half-sister for Charlie by the name of Lucy. She goes around in the movie with the same doe-eyed look that he had in the first movie. Will your kids like this movie? I don't know. My eight year old son laughed a bit but he seemed to be bored. My husband and I both liked it a lot. There are several cameo appearances that are hilarious. The Story Not much has changed at the North Pole since we saw Santa Claus/Scott (Tim Allen). He's still fat and ...

Advantages: WALT DISNEY, TIM ALLEN, SENTIMENTAL VALUE Disadvantages: NONE GREAT MOVIE
...I better put you in the picture I am a huge fan of Walt Disney movies and think there is nothing that they can't do. So hopefully this isn't a fully biased opinion.
Ok lets get started....Santa Clause 2 I was really looking forward to this sequal as I was a huge fan af the first movie, I feel that this is the best holiday of the year and kids deserve that little bit of hope and they should divulge themselves in fantasy. Anyway on with the story. ... ...) has been doing the Santa job for a number of years now and everything seems to be going well however the Head elf has found out that there wasn't just The Santa Clause there was also the Mrs santa Clause, Firstly I have to interject here in the first movie I thought it was a touch of class the way they reworded this to be the santa CLAUSE which just spun a completely different way to think about things, it must have been a lawyer that came up eith ...
