Advantages: All of it is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disadvantages: Could do with more deleted scenes, but who really cares about extras!
...me just start by saying The Inbetweeners is a brilliant series and anyone who compares it to skins hasn't go a clue what they are talking about for these reasons;
The Inbetweeners = Brilliant
Skins = Crap
The Inbetweeners = Funny
Skins = Em?? Crap!!
The Inbetweeners = Good, solid and funny storylines.
Skins = Crap nonsensical storylines.
The Inbetweener = Great character, almost like the ones you remember from school
Skin = 2D characters, ...

Advantages: Different areas of teen life covered every episode and a great pick me up. Disadvantages: Epsiodes not long enough.
...without a doubt one of the funniest programmes I have ever watched in my life, saw a clip off it on E4 and nearly wet myself and after a bit off a nudge the wife bought me it for christmas even though she thought it was a bit of a stupid lads programme but we will come to that later.
This show is exactly what most teens are feeling, experience etc. The pressures off every day life and what comes with it. It is based around a new lad Will starting ...

The Inbetweeners Review ofThe Inbetweeners - Series 1 - Complete (DVD)by

Advantages: Great Comedy Disadvantages: Only 1 series SO FAR
Introduction : The Inbetweeners is a great comedy aired on the channel E4. This hilarious sitcom is the first comedy to be featured on E4 and is one of my most favourite programms on TV and DVD right now. The DVD is to be bought by anyone over the age of 18 due to it's heavy load of strong language and adult themes. The program is about a young school student at the age of 16 going up to 17. His name is Will , who then finds 3 new friends Neil,Jay ...

...hind-sight, but no so with the Inbetweeners.
The show is all about a group of A Level students in an inner city school. They are your typical lads, interested in nothing but sex and alcohol, and the comedy revolves around the different mix-ups they get into in pursuit of these goals.
The characters are a real mix, and that makes it so funny. The narrator of the show is the posh boy nerd, Will, who has come down to earth with a bang when he couldn't ...

Advantages: Ironic, fast and witty writing...love it! Disadvantages: It is on so late so some of your friends may miss it!
Can you remember the heady days of being in Sixth form? Everyone taking driving lessons determined to be the first one to get the new car (most likely something small and cheap to run that your dad would choose) and then there was the discovery of girls....this series which originally screened on E4 focusses on the lives, times and troubles of four friends. Each one of them is to be honest...a bit of a loser and together, they make a fabulous foursome.

Advantages: You will be killing yourself with laughter, guaranteed. Disadvantages: If you're into spy thrillers on a Saturday night and not gentle and subtle comedy, it's not for yo
The Inbetweeners gives a brutally real but hilarious insight into the school lives of 4 boys - Will, the 'know-all' ex-public school boy who finds himself surrounded by people he has never encountered before and who possesses very witty comebacks, Simon - the boy who freezes up every time he encounters his love Carly (and who gels his hair FAR too much), Jay - the boy who lies about almost everything and who mostly only ever talks about sex, and Neil ...

Advantages: Extremely funny if you like it Disadvantages: Very rude and offensive
The Inbetweeners is a low budget comedy created for the 18-25 age group, however I do know people older than this who really enjoy it.
It can be extremely rude and offensive and it's cringe-worthy factor is off the scale. However if you can stomache a bit of rudeness then you should enjoy this comedy series very much.
The story line consists of 4 main characters who become friends when, Will joins the school. Will comes across as slightly posh ...

Advantages: It's hysterical Disadvantages: Only six episodes in series 1
...just as brilliant. IT has the same basic theme ... teenage disaters but the characters are slightly less cool which gives rise to even more laughs.
The main character , will , has just moved from a posh private school to the local high school, as his parents have divorced. The first episode sees his hysterical attempts to make friends. He manages this ...just and although their not the cool kids thier better than the geeks. Following episode see ...

Advantages: great to watch with friends Disadvantages: not for children or the quimish!
In my opinion The Inbetweeners Series One is hugely funny, great comedy for friends to watch together, i would recommend this to anybody wanting a laugh, it is simply supurb and does not fail to satisfy! gobsmackingly hilarious!
Not ideal for all, as some scenes are quite crude and the language may offend some. Full of childish antics reminds you of being a kid yourself, some scenes will take you back to school and remind you of how awful you were ...

...not I would like it, the humour seemed crude and the jokes as if they were trying to hard to get a quick laugh. Don't get me wrong though over time I learned to love this set of episodes and appreciate them for what they are, amazing, although not for the faint hearted. If you don't mind a bit sexual innuendo and are in fact living the life of an 'inbetweener' yourself than these are for you. They depict the lives of a set of teenage boys in sixth ...
