Advantages: Strong crusading message. Great acting.
Disadvantages: Has dated a bit with the passing years

Melt-Down.

Advantages: Excellent made film.
Disadvantages: A little bit dated.

A local film crew making an educational film about energy sources is present at a nuclear plant when an accident occurs. Although the accident is contained it raises implications about the ...

The TV crew is fronted by Kimberley Wells (Jane Fonda) with camera man Richard Adams (Michael Douglas) and they sense that more is going on than the power company is admitting to. The film builds on the relationship between Jack Godell and the film crew and the concern they all have for safety. This plot of the film keeps ...

...Douglas. In "79 it was the movie everyone was talking about because it is based on real-life accident. Story tells about problems in nuclear plant and escapade of some powerful people. There is a journalist and camera-man who try to show the problems with machines and wrong decisions of headman and his people. Although they have control over millions of lives they think just of the money they could lost. Its breathtaking story which shows how much ...
