...went to see it at the cinema and I remember loving it but I was only 6 at the time. I kinda knew that I would watch the film and think that it would be a huge letdown after the 20-odd years since I last viewed, but I enjoyed it oodles. Towards the end of the 70s and into the early 80s, Reynolds made quite a few movies that featured the recurring themes of girls and cars, accompanied by speed and pursuing policemen. ...Run on DVD, I loved the all-star cast, this was a hilarious movie, and I really loved the car races, The movie theme is nice women and even faster cars, Cannonball Run is based around the 80's, you can tell by the way the cast is dressed and some of the classic cars which are used, I found the storyline a bit dull, and thought that more could have been done to create excitement and a need for speed, there was a large cast used this may have been ...
