The Blair witch project is an excellent film, and worth buying on DVD due to the special features which include extra pieces about the history of witchcraft, and a full length commentary which reveals interesting facts about how they made the movie, the most interesting of which is that the actors had no idea about the bundle of sticks or the hanging figures made from grass. The film itself i think was 100% realistic, as everybody knows it is all ...

...to have suffered from all the hype but I was truly surprised by what I got. Namely, a dratically censored version of what was released in America. By my calculations, and I better point out that I haven't scrutinised this in immense detail, there were 20 minutes missing from the original. Twenty minutes! That's a quarter of the plot for God's sake. As a result, scenes didn't make sense, the continuity was in shambles and the 'absolutely terrifying' ...
