Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em is a British comedy series that was broadcast between 1973 and 1978. In a BBC poll in 2002 to find Britain’s best sitcom the show was voted number 22 – just ahead of Likely Lads and My Family but below to the Manor Born and Are You Being Served. == What is Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em? ==

Well, what can you say about Frank Spencer?
A gentile man with a heart of gold but the competence of a 3 year old.
Frank can’t get a job. His Mac and Beret are not helping.

With the innocence of a child he meanders through life never quite figuring it all out, a bit like the rest of us really.
Frank, Betty, their cat who always seemed to be doing a ‘Whoopsie’ and later their daughter Jessica lived in the most botched DIY house ever to grace the small screen.
When Jessica is born near the end of the second series Frank becomes a little more ...
