...that I am on a Six Feet Under bender at the mo! This brilliant TV show is a drama series from the USA that pushes new ground in what TV is all about. It is a drama that follows the lives of the Fisher family who run a funeral home.
The show is part gory and black humoured expose on death and dead bodies, part groundbreaking and touching drama.
Seasons 3 is a really powerful one. By this point, the characters are well established. We left season ... ...that could take his life. Well, this season revolves largely around this.
It's a brave move they make in this third season, in that they include a mix of magic surrealism into the very first episode. For the first time, we are left wondering if what we are watching is real. There's a very uncomfortable season opener that paves the way for the continuing brave moves made throughout the whole series, and I liked it!
