Advantages: Another unexpected ending Disadvantages: None
...a massive fan of the Scream franchise and I’ve been waiting anxiously for years to see if they’re going to make a forth instalment and up until a couple of months ago I was still waiting with bated breath that was until I heard about Scream 4 that is set for release next year… I can’t wait!
The writer from the first two films, Kevin Williamson didn’t write this film so I’m surprised that it was as good as it is. For me, in a way this is the best ... ...brilliant simplicity of the first Scream film, the franchise has tried to step away from that ‘unintelligent teen slasher’ stamp on it’s metaphorical head by gradually making the plots in the films more and more complex as they progressed. With Scream 2 you had a very good ending which dug more deeply into the plot and Sidney’s past, Scream 3 set out to dig even deeper into her past by bringing the presence of her deceased Mother into it a lot more ...

Anyone who has seen Scream 2, and if you hadn't then you wouldn't be reading this, will recall a scene in which a group of savvy teenagers agree that all second sequels are crap, without exception. This may mean that Craven has purposefully conformed to the expectations of the genre, and, if so, it is one in-joke too far: Scream 3 is dire. Not only is it the worst film I witnessed in 1999 but it may also be one of the worst films I have ever had ... ...the script. You can't really blame the actors for looking less than enthusiastic about having to reprise their respective roles, when they are confronted by such leaden dialogue and unimaginative scenarios as these. Only Campbell seems to be putting any effort into the proceedings; the rest are just treading water, and you will cringe as the action lurches like a wounded animal from scene to painful scene.
Someone should have put it down long ago. ...

Scream 3, what a let-down, this is in my opinion the most disspointing of the Scream trilogy, why? Well, basically it's just boring.
-The Plot-
Scream 3 has probably the worst plot I've ever seen in a slasher film and let's be honest most slasher films have a unoriginal plot but this just takes the 'biscuit'.
The whole film is based around a killer that has gotten hold of the script of an upcoming film called 'Stab 3', which is a film about the ... ...you jump unlike the other Scream films, honestly they're quite boring.
-Special Features-
I don't bother with the features however here's a list of them:
.Outtakes
.Behind The Scenes Montage
.Deleted Scenes
.Alternative Ending
.Creed Music Video
.Audio Commentary
.Cast and Crew Biography
.2 Theatrical Trailers
-Final Thoughts-
Stay away, you will be disspointed, it's not scary and if you're looking for a good horror film then you are ...

...this time. I enjoyed both scream 1 and 2 but I think the idea has been worn out. I am not saying this is a totally rubbish film but scarey it is not. To me it is more of a comedy thriller whodunnit spoof. It does have some very funny moments, and all through the film you will be asking yourself who the murderer is. The way the film is made you suspect everyone. If I were you I would wait till it comes onto television to watch the film. ...

Scream 3 (18)
I have to be honest. I didn't expect much from this film. After the incredibly unoriginal and tedious Scream 2, I thought that this would be much the same. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Scream 3 lacks the ironic humour of the original, but it makes up for it in the abundance of jump out of your seat moments. Not scary in the Sixth Sense/Blair Witch way, Scream 3 relies on quick sudden shocks to achieve it's aim. The humour in ...

hi, first i watched scream 2. Yes i was scared of scream 2 then i watched scream 1. That was scary, then i watched scream 3. oh. I think it's because if you've seen 1 and 2 then you can't really get scared any more. it's a gr8 end to the screams. i think the scariest bit was when sydney was walking through that house on the film set and it was empty. ooohhh! that was creepy. the funniest bit i thought was when the fax came through saying the next ...

...than the rest of the scream movies. I some how feel they should of stuck on just the 2nd one because it seems outdated. But if you like the first 2 i can see you liking this one aswell.
The extras on the disc are brilliant and to me it was well worth the money so get it bought.
