I watched Scream about 8 months ago after buying it on video. Recently we bought a new DVD player and I decided to rent out a DVD so I went down to my local shop and rented Scream 2. I have always been worried about watching “Scary” films but after seeing Scream I knew I’d be ok. Scream 2's initial release on dvd was an underwhelming affair. If you had the R1/R2 version all you got was a widescreen print of the film, not 16x9 enhanced and devoid of any extras. Well now that situation has been redeemed with the release of a collectors edition of the film. In R1 land it's available in a bix set and is anamorphic.
