Advantages: Great tension building, good gore factor, VERY imaginitive Disadvantages: Low budget, clichéd in places
I had heard alot about this film before I watched it. Everyone mention the infamous 'inverted beartrap' scene, or the barbed wire scene.
If you're a lover of gorey horrow films this will not dissapoint! Some of the most evil killings I've seen.
Wan has done a great job of tension building. The combination of cold characters, dark lightning and tension-full music sets of the evil plot perfectly.
I wasn't particularly 'blown away' with the special ... ...the making of, interviews etc. but good commentary helps understand another point of view of the film.
With hidden truthes, dark characters, dark, dingy settings, blood, guts, shards of broken glass and an evil puppet riding a bike - this film will not dissapoint.
Be prepared to be scared... ...

Advantages: A story that could be true Disadvantages: Some scenes are too short
The story told in this movie is very sick, I think you must be sick to even think up a story like this. The story is about a people getting killed by some lunatic, but he doesn't kill anyone, they all kill themselves. Advantages: original Disadvantages: not particularly scary
The reality of this film did not live up to expectations. I'm not normally a horror film fan, but this one was worth watching, at least for the beginning.
It started very well, the fright and disorientation of the two main characters waking up in a cold, scruffy warehouse, the clues that didn't seem to lead anywhere, desperately trying to work out what was going on.
The psychological aspect was executed brilliantly, two strangers forced to co-operate, ...

Advantages: great film, great story line Disadvantages: if you dont like blood dont watch
the film at first was a great but confusing opening, this film gets you thinking for example how the hell did they get there? it is a gripping film thorough out the whole of the film which will keep you in your seats right through till the very end of the film. There is little twists and turns as there is not much time left till the end. This is a must see film i would not recommend it if you do not like blood and well i shall leave the rest for ...
