This upsets sploshy and wonders what it would be like to be very noisy without upsetting anyone. She says the magical words and then she is free to make as much noise as she likes, but is she really happy? This DVD is very amusing, and will keep children entertained for hours, the only thing that I have to say that is really annoying ...
