THere are some good supporting performances from Morgan Freeman, Christian Slater, Alan Rickman and MAry Mastrantonio is a highly desireable Maid Marion. This has and always will remain one of my favourite films, it stills makes me cry everytime I watch it and hear Bryan Adams at the end! If you like your films to be historical accuarate then this is not for you! There is no attempt at an English Accent by Kevin Costner and Christian Slater is just far too good-looking to play Will Scarlett. Alan Rickman performance as the villianous Sheriff of Nottingham is exellent and he brings so Bristish glamour ...
