Advantages: It's a Robbie DVD! Disadvantages: None I can think of yet
...he loves to listen to Robbie and enjoys this type of music. It is widely available on-line for as little as about £5 on Ebay so it is worth shopping around to see what offers are available.
The DVD is Region 2 and is compatible to be played in multi-region players or those that only play DVDs from Europe. We have a multi-region player that does everything bar make a cup of tea so no problems there!
The DVD is in a booklet style cover which does ... ...couple of good quotes from Robbie himself. My favourite one (showing Robbie's unique sense of humour) has to be:
"There may be trouble ahead but while there's moonlight and music and love and romance .... let's all get butt-naked and f***ed up on drugs!"

Advantages: 100 Minutes of pure entertainment. Disadvantages: Erm! Let Me Think!!! Nope, there are none.
...in the opening scenes of Robbie Williams - Live At The Albert.
I watched this when it was originally aired on TV back in mid/late 2001. What a show? And the uncut DVD is even better.
As I'm a total Robbie Freak!! I ran straight out in December 2001 and bought this so it cost me £11.99, However I dare bet you could pick it up for a couple of quid from the Internet now. The packaging is a very elegant looking card case with a little booklet fixed ... ...on the front cover.
Robbie, who's accompanied by a 58 piece orchestra and some cameo appearances from, Guy Chambers, John Lovitz, Jane Horrocks, Johnathon Wilkes and Frank Sinatra, perform the following songs with the passion and enthusiasm they deserve.
Track List:
1 Have You Met Miss Jones?
2 Mack The Knife
3 Straighten Up And Fly Right
4 Let's Face The Music And Dance
5 Well, Did You Evah?
6 The Lady Is A Tramp
7 Things 8 One ...

Advantages: great songs, robbie looks great, emotional, exciting, funny, the boy shows he can sing Disadvantages: not hugely great extras
...tons of style and that Robbie cheek. He's a born show man and entertainer. Even those who are precious about these classic songs have been impressed by this performance. Cameo appreances from Jane Horrocks and Jonathan Wilkes add touches of humour and when Robbie sings "My Way" with tears in his eyes, you do want to stand up and applaud along with the audience. The extras are good but there's not enough of them. Its fascinating watching how they ...
