Road trip is one fine film. It starts off with Tom Green taking some freshmens around a college. They accuse him of never leaving that town so he starts to tell them the coolest story ever based in the town. The story is about some bloke who has been going out with a girl ever since he was five. When they go to different colleges this bloke stays faiful until one night were he and this girl called betn have sex and film it. The day after the bloke ... ...girlfreind but the tape getz mixed up with the sex tape. Now the lads have to get to austin texas before the tape does.
Although the film is like American pie in many ways this is twice as good. There are some many great scenes and Tom Green puts on a great performance.
Watch this film as soon as posible. ...

Advantages: original, hilarious, different humour Disadvantages: bit disappointing if you've seen American Pie
This is a very good American teen film which is basically the same style as American Pie. It features sex mad teens who go on a 1,800 mile trip to stop one of their girlfriends finding out they cheated. Extremely funny in parts and the addition of Tom Green in parts makes it great to watch. But I went into this film expecting something at least as good as American Pie, if not better, and my expectations were let down. The film's pretty original and ...

Road Trip has to be in my view one of the FUNNIEST films of 2000! Tom Green's portrayal of nutty roomate just adds more comedy to a film with an excellent plot line. It all begins with Tom Green telling future sudents of the university one of the ancient legends of the uni. How one videotape can ruin a long distance relationship! The tape in question is of boyfriend and female friend "getting it on"! As Tom Green sends the tape to long distance girlfriend ...

Advantages: The cast were brilliant and the jokes were excellent. Disadvantages: The film ended.
Road Trip has to be the best film I have ever seen. You will be laughing throughout. The script is full of humourous jokes and the cast is just brilliant. I have seen this movie twice and on two days running. This must show how good this film is. The eccentric character of Barry and the laid back charisma of Josh just add to the contrasts in this excellent film. What didn't I like about the film? Well, the fact that it ended was a disappointment. ...

Very funny film of the american pie genre. Film portrays the journey of four boys from one side of america to the other in order to obtain a video that was sent to one of the guy's girlfriends by accident. Story charts their hilarious escapades, from wrecking the car to joining an all black fraternity. Hilarious comedy. Definitely worth viewing. How many cheesy american teenage films do we need? There are endless over hyped and badly acted films which are only popular long enough to make money at the box office. And we buy them! Roadtrip, however takes it one step further with no laughs or plot as well as the painful acting in it - the carry on films were funnier! It would make a change if writers would create and original film instead of the old stuff churned out over and over again. I ...

Road Trip was widely hailed as the natural successor to American Pie. However, this is a title which takes some living up to and Road Trip falls well short of it. American Pie was truly a modern classic and a landmark in the genre of high school films. That is why it will go down in history and be remembered long after I collect my pension. Road Trip is an ultimately forgettable film featuring many a cliche. But lets look at some of the good points. ... ...use of its humourous situations, Road Trip gives us a promising idea but then leaves it virtually untouched. The only joke it really works at is Barry's obsession with feeding mice to a snake. And this joke pales in comparison to the tightly written There's Something About Mary, a more obvious reference point than Pie for this movie. Road Trip also fails to make us feel for its characters. Remember how when you finish watching American Pie you miss ...

Secondly the director of the film was genius enough to include Sean William Scot in the casting for this film – the guy is a genius and much loved by myself from other roles portrayed in other teen comedies such as American pie. Road Trip is one of the funniest films i have seen for a very long time. The acting is good and the storyline is very funny. I thought that the women in the film were really nice too.
